First Aid CPR Red Cross Certification Update In light of COVID-19 Canadian Red Cross is allowing those with certifications that expired after March 1 2020 to attend a recertification course. Expiration Dates EEC has a requirement that CPR must be renewed annually regardless of the expiration date listed on the document certifying completion of the training course.
